Hi guys, i've been lurking for a couple of years, so first of all i would like to thank you for all the work and knowledge that i was been able to get from you.
I've been converting DBs for my old pcm for a while, i'm not an expert but i like to think that i know what i'm doing. Since there's a long way until a 2016 db for me to convert i decide to start this db project, but i got a couple of questions.
Here's my idea:
It's a db meant only to be played on Stage Race Mode where it's possible to race only with a team/rider that participate in the last 16 editions of TdF.
I was making this originally for myself, but since i never seen a db like this, i thought that i could share with you guys.
I start from the official realease cdb file and i'm renaming pretty much every file i add on it so that can be compatible with any db installed
So here's my questions:
Is a DB like this interesting?
If i want to share this with you and since i'm using stuff from several different historical DB's to compile it, Do i need any premission or give credits to anyone?Edited by SharkoftheStrait on 11-11-2015 02:25
The Golden rule says that if you partly used the work of someone else you need to credit them, normally you don't need to ask for permission but if you do the db crews will definitely appreciate that
