Database Editor On Steam

I`ve got PCM 2015 on steam, but the normal start screen doesn`t come up on my screen. I can only play the game, not go into the Database Editor. Anyone knows how to open the Database Editor? |

The 'in-game' editor that comes with the game is very very basic, and will not work with most community databases.
It is highly recommended you download either Lachis Editor, Fast Editor or Excel Editor. Each will give you full access to the entire .cdb file and you can then edit pretty much every part of the game in an easy to use and comprehensive fashion.
Just check out our downloads section and pick one

How can I edit sth with Lachi Editor on PCM 15? I should extract file in my documents - users - and pick the save which I would like to edit but I dont have users folder or save games in my documents ...Could you help?
EDIT: Oh sorry for question its in Weekly Saves  |
