Hello all,

I started playing pcm again, and I noticed one things:
I have below rider, tried to make him my leader for Giro, but his struggling a lot, what is wrong with him? He has excellent fitness rhythm, very good freshness, no injuries but he is losing a lot of green bar and cannot even keep up with peleton... Ends up being around 60th on hill and mountain stages on Giro. I have weaker ones that are doing much better. It is low flat skill or am I missing something?

Once again, I'm not talking that he should win, but at least top 15...

Well his backup stats are really poor. You should try to improve his stamina, resistance, recovery, flat and downhill stats (in an importance order). All these stats affect the green bar (recovery especially in grand tours), the yellow bar and the red bar (stamina especially), and if you compare your rider to the ones who got on the podium, you'll notice that there's a big difference between his stats and theirs Wink

Yep, 63 Flats is going to get you tired before you get to the hill or mountain. And 66 Res isn't good enough, your yellow bar will drain too quick as you push up the mountain.

Think Stamina as your overall stamina and resistance as how much you can push, both far too low to be competitive.

Also it could be that he crashed and has some handicap. It can be that it is not shown in the game, but in the db.
