Can you play Tour de l'Avenir in Pro Cyclist Mode?

Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum, I bought PCM2015 a week ago via Steam. I have been playing pro cyclist mode and I'm curious about to know if you can play NC-U23 races with your cyclist or you have to edit something in the game db for that. Sorry for create a thread of this issue if someone have asked for this before.

And by the way I really don't speak english very well, I'm from Colombia Smile
