Is Possible to change the age and the stats of the riders of Pro Cyclist?

Hi everyone, i would like to know if is possible to change initially the stats of the rider you created..I wanna know if i can change the stats?Is possible,and where is the xml file to change that? Thank you

Think you can't edit anything to make so that the initial procyclist stats change. I tried the same but couldn't find anything neither in the xmls nor in local.cdb or even in the db.
