go into an editor, i us offical editor and it is there rider potential.

use an editor. the official one is good for that.

there's a little box with the potential. values can be 1-8

1 is uh....as bad as i've NEVER seen.
2 is pretty much the same.
3 is a talentless rider
4 an average for a continental team
5 is a good rider
6 a very good rider
7 outstanding
8 legend

something like that.
