the pcm15 basic database doesn't work for me . PLZ give me a solution

What's wrong with it?, Try reinstalling the database and see if that fixes it and make sure it is selected in Setting - Database.

i installed in the correct folder, & i selected from the game. now i have bmc jersey but the problem is in team SKY (wrong name & jersey) & the names of cyclists wrong too. a solution PLZ

That's nothing weird, Cyanide just doesn't have the money to pay for the licenses that allow them to use the real names of Sky.

Just download a Realname DB or the PCM.daily Expansion Pack (EP) to solve this. A Realname DB usually is smaller than the EP, however I recommend installing the Expansion Pack, because it enhances your gaming experience.
Inactive due to personal reasons.
