Crash while loading Omloop Het Nieuwsblad

The game keeps crashing while loading Omloop Het Nieuwsblad.

I've started the career with Expansion Pack v0.8 and recently installed the v1. I've played Algarve and Oman without any troubles after making the "update" so I doubt that's the cause.

Any idea what might cause this?
