PCM15 issues with windows10

Hi everyone, yesterday i updated my windows to windows10 and now whenever i start a stage in pcm, it stops when all the landscapes, teams, riders.. etc are loading in loading screen and then in the actual game all the houses, cities, people on the road... etc are gone. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Make sure all the graphical options are turned on and restart your computer. Otherwise I don't know Pfft
