Where is sta_TGA?

Does anyone know where the sta_TGA table is. Lachis v26 does not open it in the local.cdb file. Is it somewhere else this year or is lachis maybe not opening it correctly?

This year the country flags changed. Instead of the separate files and the sta_tga in local.cdb there's a country_flag.tga file containing them all which you can find in Main Folder\Gui.
Instead of the aforementioned table of local.cdb, there's a country_flag.xml file in the same path.

According this thread Cyanide moved the regens from the XML into the DB.
But at the same time they moved the country flags from the DB into XMLs?
Do they even know what they are doing?

But that reminds me, maybe your information should also be posted in the above mentioned thread.
