See the last case in time relative to Luca Paolini who tested positive for cocaine during a check carried out at the Tour. The audit was done on July 7 when we held the fourth stage of the pavé. |

Haha no, that will not happen.
At first, Cyanide will not include doping because they would never ever get licenses from teams. They will not be able to include real races and every rider would have fake names because teams would not want to be connected to a game with doping.
Secondly, Cyanide simply doesn't want to include doping. It ruins the ''positive'' mood of the game and the sport, I guess

Most of us don't play with the official database, though. |

@Anderis
Sure, but there's a big crowd(''casuals'' who does and doesn't even know about databases.
Plus everyone with fake names would give a terrible first impression as well. For instance reviewers also play with officialrelease, and every name being wrong would not gain them good reviews.
I guarentee you acquiring most licenses is still a priority for Cyanide. Not a top priority, but still.
Also, I don't want to do more DB work than is necessary already
(Fun fact on the reviews thing: Currently they score 75 on metacritic, which is extraordinary high, actually, highest they've ever got, only PCM11 comes really close.)

The training camps work a tiny bit like doping imo, apart from the fact that you cannot get busted
After all even in reality training camps are probably somehow related to doping too. |

should doping then also be included in fifa, football manager, tennis games, NB2k, athletic games and so on... it is everywhere in the sport, not specifically in cycling. |

This.
Cycling and athletics get their reputation for doping not only because of riders being able to gain the most, but also because these sports do far more to catch dopers than others.
The likes of NFL and baseball have had big steroid scandals, doping is often insinuated as common in tennis and soccer makes absolutely no attempt to stop doping by comparison. In fact, I'd argue soccer has more cheating than any sport on the planet on the basis of diving to win penalties/free kicks, "professional fouls"etc. These are all akin to riders taking drugs to rider faster etc, and it's virtually accepted in soccer now.
Plus FIFA is horrendously corrupt as a governing body! |
