Yes indeed, I'm pretty sure none of those dbs you mentioned will be released before the end of the tour. But it won't take much longer...

Some of the FCD members are working for the FDB (Focus DataBase)
since this year. The FDB comes soon.  |

Nope, FBD will have about 100 teams as far as I know. It's a different way of making databases, quantity doesn't necessarily mean quality.

Since FDB isn't a PCM.daily project, it's more suitable to ask this in the FDB thread or at pcmfocus.com.
I doubt you'll receive a release date though, since all of the custom databases are not developed by employed professionals, but by fans of the game who are doing it in their spare time.
Inactive due to personal reasons.
