Crashes with the PCM Daily v0.8 DB.

Constant random crashes with the PCM Daily v0.8 DB. I've already installed the 1.2 patch, and the v0.5 version of the DB (in that order), and I'm running the game in administrator mode.
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

You probably installed the ep in the wrong folder, I bet that it crashes when the game displays "generating young riders" before it crashes 
In the faq thread, which you can find in the pcm.daily projects section, you'll find how you can fix the bug.

Hi! Thanks for the reply, but no, I haven't. As I stated above, the crashes are completely random. Also, I have the game on steam, and I installed it in the steam folder. After playing for a few days though, the game isn't crashing nearly as much as before.

I couldn't load savegames with V0.8 - got a "Wrong Database Structure" pop up. I'm using V0.5 and it seems to be working....so far. |

Part of those crashes are because of wrong installs.
However, the database structure errors are indeed confirmed, in some games they can make the game crash, but there's plenty of occasions where it goes right.
We're investigating the crash, we have also tested it with other databases, it seems that pretty much every bigger database so far does have this issue. We're looking into it but it could also be something Cyanide has to fix instead.

I tried the Focus Realname V2 database and it had all of the problems you described. I crashed constantly, couldn't generate young riders, and had "wrong database structure". One thing the Focus database has figured out, however, is how to have different helmet styles for different teams.
