Chrashing when starting a career

my game chrashing at generation of young riders, when i try to start a career or pro cyclist, what can i do?? i can't even play!!!! i just updated the game, and i am also using pcm dailv v0.5 Smile

Reinstall the pcm daily v0.5 and also download the updates v0.6 and v0.7
