Hello,
Ive got the permission of user Deksel to change Subway Minimaillot to other size/design for PCM 15.
Who can do this for me?

I would recommend downloading the MiniJersey tool. It is very easy to do it yourself that way

Can you just use a .tga file? Doesn't it need to be dds? |

If everything stayed the same in pcm 15, you don't necessarily need to convert it. But if you keep 2 files with the same name but different extension (e.g. x-sub_minimaillot.tga; x-sub_minimaillot.dds) the latter will have the priority, because it's a dds file
