How to added under 23 teams in the database?and how to put development team for Uci world team?

To create an u23 team I think you have to do the same than with another team, but in the Division of the team you have to put Under 23.

To put an u23 as development team of a WorldTour one, open the table DYN_u23_link, and put the IDs of the development Team and the developer team.

It should work

I decided to give PCM15 a try today and began building a database. I am wondering if there is any more information on this seemingly important db page. I understand how to create the instance for two teams, but do not know what the value_i_wanted_squad, value_i_zone (is this a region preference for riders?) and value_i_fav_tr. Oh and value_b_auto. Is this just daily running of the dev team?
I don't want to just put in any number and find some negative consequences during a career mode season.

Sorry for the late response, replying anyway in case you're still looking for answers.

Wanted squad = any number between 0 and 100, it basically just says how much of the team needs to come from a certain region, the one you set at the start (100 all of the team, 0 none)

Fav tr = preferred speciality scouts look for, the ids can be found somewhere in the editor, but I currently can't remember how the table containing them actually was called, prolly something like sta_rider_specialisation.
