1. I test it with lvl 3 the whole year - mid August the red line crossed the 50% (30 race days until August)
2. I lowered the Training at the beginning of the year - my rider was never fit for the WT GC in March and April.

==> so

=> declare 3-5 Goals
=> peak there
=> rest decrease the red line?

Don´t do 3 whole year,

if you have racedays change to 0, meaning 3 if you had no racedays.
meaning you will have 0,0 fatigue


50% fatigue-line = 0% Fatigue
75% fatigue-line = 25% Fatigue
100% fatigue-line = 100% Fatigue

Just keep the red line under 75% meaning just less then 25% fatigue

But willi get 100% Fitness in this way?

@conardo, obviously he won't get 100% fitness, cause the more races you take part to the higher will be your fitnes level Wink

And if you are at 70 % fatigue line, do you have 20 % fatigue ? (in other words, is it linear ?)

it´s linear, maybe not exactly but probably yes
0-50% means 0% fatigue
50-75% means 0-25% Fatigue
75-100% means 25-100% Fatigue
