Is the skin issue fixed ???

In PCM2014 you had an anoying problem.
The type skin was always very wrong. If a special rider skin was present it only showed if that rider was a champion of some sort.
But much more crazy was that whatever skin (dark or light) the rider was issued with in the DYN_cyclist table it never came out right.

It wasn't even refering to the country the rider was from, BUT from where the TEAM was based on wich country.

I know many different opinion have been brought forward on this "problem", looking at Y.Gene and L.Manzin as very light skins boys is a bit wrong. All MTN riders were of course black (even the europeans in the team), but when I changed the standard skin color fro South Africa to white, ALL became white (That's proof enough on my issue)

SO have Cyanide fixed this in 2015 or NOT ????
