Well, I'm not really sure how to describe this without the pictures, so here:
Pretty much, here it tells me at the start of the season to start my R&D program with my wheel sponsor.
However, when I go into the appropriate screen, I can't do anything. This stops me from advancing the season. Help is much appreciated.

Did you try the forum search?
To continue your career, you can delete the mail, I think the mails are in the table DYN_news.
I cannot say if the missing R&D would/could cause problems later. |
