- the original DB has 5 Portuguese teams and 3 races;
- if I start a career only one team is subscribed to the Volta a Portugal;
- there is no problem with the other races (all 5 teams participate);
So why is this happening in PCM2014?
The problem is bigger because a DB was created based in the original DB that adds the professional team missing plus 4 under-23 teams and was also added all the Portuguese calendar, so lots of new races and there is no problem (all 10 teams participate in every race except in the Volta a Portugal).

Try editing the teams' startlist. Open your database (not your savegame) with an advanced editor, edit, in sta_race, the column gene_ilist_fkid_team for Volta a Portugal and add the team ids of those teams separed by a |.

I know I can do that but it is annoying every time you start a career or advance to a new season. Also, is a public DB created by PCM-Portugal members and is bad to tell everyone who downloads it to do this.
After some tests I found that if the first stage begins in August instead of late July there is no problem. This seems to be related of how the game organizes the calendar.
