There are any team limit in the game? Pro Tour can be 18 teams, I think, but there's any limit for Cont Pro and Cont?

Yes, team limit is 240 for PCM 14. There's not a limit for each division afaik, but only a total team limit, that in PCM 13 was about 125 and now reaches 240.
