the game crashes when I try to move the July 3 to 4 days
  July ..(sorry my english ) please help me ..Pfft

Open your save with an advanced editor like PCM Fast Editor or Lachi's Editor, open dyn_transfers_precontact, delete the rows with a blank space under the "gene_team" column, save and you're most likely done.

Could you take a screenshot of that table and attach it here? Also, are you using the JESGDB by any chance?

If using the Jesgdb V1, that could indeed occur.
It was fixed afterwards but there's a chance you still use an older version.

But deleting the rows with a 0 in the team colomn of Dyn_transfer_precontract always worked for me, so it might be someone else.

yes I am using the db Jesgdb v1.75, I have all installed.
I already excludes blank tables.

Did you really edit your save? The save is here: my documents\pmc14\users\your name\database\solo\name of db\

Please show an image of the table mentioned by matt from the actual save.
