Can you give us more infos (f.e. the race you're playing, the team you're playing with etc.).
Also, you may want to take a look, with an advanced editor like Lachi's Editor, or PCM Fast Editor, to the table dyn_transfers_precontact and delete, if any, the entries with a "0" under the "gene_i_team" column. Then save and see if it works, but I'm not very confident about it because of the date, as it's not past the 1st July, unless the transfer season starts earlier than I remember in pcm.

I'm playing a team created and i'm simulating the Campeonato de Portugal. I don't the " dyn_transfers_precontact" , I only have " dyn_transfers_table"

I don't think you don't have that table, the db structure doesn't change from db to db
Have you tried with pcm fast editor or Lachi's Editor?

It could be transfer_precontract or something similar instead.

If any, delete any entries with a 0 under the team column of that table. Export the cdb and see if its now working.

You most likely installed the db in the wrong directory, please check where your PCM.exe file is located and re-install the db in that path.
