problem with the DB JESGD 2015 DB V1

Hello
This week, I have download the DB JESGD 2015 DB V1.
I have download everything but when I open the game and begin a stage : my cyclists haven't maillot (just the cyanide maillot)

I am looking for this problem and I find this :

The files have a paslock so my question is WHAT CAN I DO ?

Well, you extracted the files in the wrong directory, that's the only explanation. If you have the regular version, please check that your installation folder says 'Season 2014'. If it's e.g. 'Saison 2014' or 'Seizonen 2014' or similar, you may have to change the installation path too.

Just check where you've got pcm.exe, the Pro Cycling Manager executable. There you should reinstall the db.
