Camera position

Hi, hope someone can help.
Im in my 3rd season and the default camera view has always been from directly behind the chosen rider. Now however for no reason the game has switched this to an infuriating 45 degree sidways view. I've tried switching through all the camera views and settings and can't get back to the original default view.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you change it back as the view it gives you is awful.
