Hey guys, I'm trying my hand at some stages, and I have found ways to load up the stage editor, but they aren't in the same place as when you downloaded it using Steam. Will I need to download it seperately, because that seems the case? If so where can I find the download?

Sorry I don't understand what you're saying. If you want to use the stage editor, open the autorun of pcm 14 and click on stage editor if that's the case.
for PCM 13 there was an autorun on steam, which lets you select between the game and the stage editor...in PCM 14, thats not the case. you need to go in your PCM14 folder:
