I've originally got this game from a dutch cycling site called Wielerflits, the inventor of that game there gets all credits.
The idea of this game is very simple. One person gives hints/descriptions about a route, and the others, through these hints/descriptions. have to guess the finish place.
RULES
1. Distances between places can be big, but for the sake of making it guessable please don't make it too big.
2. If you guess, you can only guess again after another person has answered and the questioner has confirmed/denied as well.
3. Scores are kept up by the person who guesses correct, this has to be in the same post as the exercise.
4. The first scorer of 10 points wins the first edition.
5. To get a point, only the finishing place needs to be correct.
6. Feel free to use google/whatever you think you need.
7. You can step in/out any time you like.
8. The route does not have to be over roads at all.
I'll start out:
I start in a town which has the same name as its province, but isn't the capital of it. I head east towards the actual capital of this region. After a short detour north east to the capital of the country, I head east again, where at the border is a town which shares a part of its name with one of the biggest cities in the country. This is also where I finish.

Nope, you should be heading east, not west.

Once again incorrect. You may want to look outside the Netherlands.

Still not.
Europe is where you have to look though.
