Well basically how good is a certain bike or wheel ?
Stupid questions since it's not a straight answer and it's based on indivual evaluation.
However in the table STA_brand and STA_equipment_model I find some field that looks to be interresting.
Well the STA_brand have value_f_pts ??
but the STA_equipment_model table have some more stuff to mess with I think.
value_i_version looks to be just the version of a certain model and value_i_default (looks almost on frame to be 21-25) probably should have the most important stats.
also value_i_lastyears_up and value_i_state troubles me.
Basically I tried to change these numbers a bit but starting careers looks more like the game sets random values on how good a bike should be.
For starters if I put in version 1 of 2013 model, that should be a little worse than version 2 of the 2013 bike. Then if I put in a 2014 as last year it should be better.
Assuming most bikes improve each year. The pcmdaily got the years to 2010 almost on all frame (that's pre-history in development for bikes, he-he)
I have failed to see this in game. Mostly is very bad or bad on judgement forcing the R&D development into overtime at the start of a career.
Shed some light on this to a new bloke that haven't tried out older versions of PCM.
The array of new great graphics on wheels and frames led me to tackle this problem and trying to understand the game structure.
