Hi all!
Is it possible to change user managed team in career mode?
Or is it possible to save the carrer state (2021) into a db and select that db in a new career mode and create a whole new team and racing against my old squad?
Yes, but it's a bit tricky and not completely tested:
Changin a team is possible with an editor. It's recommended, however, that you do it after the 25th of October, when the season is over and all the transfers have taken place.
Open the editor and edit:
1. GAM_USER: column fkIDteam_duplicate: insert the team's ID (teams ID's can be found in TEAMS)
2. TEAMS: column gene_b_selected: un-tick your current team and tick the team you want to control.
3. MANAGERS: column team: Change to the team you want to control.
Don't forget to save the right save-game in the right place. Load the game and you should be in control of the new team.
IMPORTANT: to avoid risks, take a back-up of your save game before attempting to edit. If something goes wrong, you can always fall back on the back-up
All the credits go to Ian Butler, whole guide can be found here.

It is also possible to create a new DB from a career. Ask MARSUPILAMI or whoever was building that DB for him.
Yes, actually it's easy after you understand how exactly works, sorry for missing it in my reply Lecso
Well:
1. Go get the Excel Editor V6 by Lachi, google it, I don't think it is in the download section;
2. Now, as you open "Exporter.xls", extract your career save;
3. Open and copy the following tables into another db* (preferably the one you were using to start your career): dyn_cyclist, dyn_team, dyn_sponsor, dyn_palmares, dyn_palmares_team and _sponsor
*How to copy them in another db:
1. Open a blank (or more than 1 depending on the number of tables you do contemporarily) excel spreadsheet and paste all the huge amount of data you copied from those tables. Then copy and paste them opening the db you'll use as base and then paste the tables one by one.
