If you have PCM, you can find the database in the first post of the Part 3 thread. Otherwise I'll make you a screenshot.
The first thing to do for you is probably making a HQ, so just check out the others, take the ideas you like, be a bit creative at best, and then you can make your own.
By the way, you shouldn't already set goals for next season as you don't know which riders will be on the squad after transfers

Just build up general stuff and take a look at your squad first

Thx Silvio, I run PCM14 at home, as said to Ollfardh, I log in here only at work, so will need to check out if I find time at home, and download the database etc. will try to go thru HQ set ups during this night
