I´m in a story with Novo Nordisk in 2016 with FDB 2.0. A lot of cyclists improved a lot their stats and now season is very fun.
I´d like to use that .cdb in Stage mode and Tour Mode.
I have put the file in Mod/Database but I think that I need to do some changes.
I had quit "Mapei Pro Team" as the team, I had put 2016 as "Starting Date", I had deleted all the 2016 palmares...
Then, I clicked in Career mode and the game says "Finished game"
What do I need to do now?

It is not that as easy as you thought 
You'll have to copy the tables with the excel editor from a db to another one.
1. Download the excel editor by Lachi;
2. Open it and open your cdb file;
3. You'll see a lot of xml files exported;
4. Just select dyn_cyclist, dyn_team, dyn_palmares, dyn_palmares_cyclist;
5. Copy all the tables by right click-copy;
6. Now open the fdb 2.0 default cdb file repeating steps 1-2-3-4;
7. Paste the table dyn_cyclist in dyn_cyclist, same for all the other ones.
Warining: Never tried this, not sure if it works, but if you wanna do it, it's the easiest way I GUESS.

1.- With Excel Editor by Lachi you mean its .cdb Editor (Lachis Editor)
2.- "Copy all tables by right click-copy" I don´t understand this step. Please, help me what do I have to do

Nope, excel editor. Search it on google.
Copy all the tables, I mean, select all the data, right click with the mouse and copy.

Well, I don´t know how to do it. That´s why I´m going to put a file to download the 2 .cdb files and, if everyone is so good, you can convert the files.
Here you have both .cdb files, the FDB (FDB16) and the career .cdb (Mapei_2016)

Don't you know how to copy/paste stuff at Excel? 
I mean, just drag your mouse to select the tables and click copy.

Did you also convert the dyn_palmares table? I was doing that work too 
If you didn't, MARS, just wait 2 mins, you'll have also the palmares fixed!
EDIT: Nope, use Jesleyh's one, Excel isn't able to handle the Palmares without crashing

Perhaps tomorrow, or perhaps Jesley will do it
Though, you can try doing it yourself, there should be a column in dyn_cyclist, can't remember the exact name, but it should be after the stats columns and in the name there should be either race or current.

Well, I'm doing it now, so it's not necessary for you to put in the .cdb.
The work is done, you don't really need to do it...
And it works!

Ok, no problem, as I said above, I'm doing it now.
As soon as possible I will upload the Db corrected for all the people who want to download it.
Maybe its name will be "Fantasy 2016 DB"
