Is your question, how u can add a rider to the team he rode for in 2012?
If yes, it depends whether the rider, you want to add, is already in the DB (1) or not (2).
(1) Open the DB with an editor and go to DYN_Cyclists. Search for your rider and change the Team to the selected one. I guess, you have to add a fictitious contract, too. (Can be found here: DYN_Cyclist Contracts) You need to add a new column there and fill out the fields like Period Wage, Contract End-Year, State (look at STA_cyclist_statut for the possibilities here). At least, again in DYN_Cyclists, choose the ID of the contract.
(2) This takes a bit more time as you have to add a new column for a new rider in DYN_Cyclists. Fill in the wanted stats, select the team... The following steps are the same as in (1) now.

Btw, if the team isn't existing anymore and you can't find it, you will have to create the team! But this goes to far for this post. You can find some information about how to add a new team to PCM 2013 somewhere in the forums or the inet
Nope, Idstaaner, I guess that you misunderstood. Though, what you have to edit is anyway dyn_palmares, select the rider id, the team id and the year with Lachis Editor or if you are willing to use it, just select rider and teamwith tbe Fast Editor that you find in the 2011 downloads section.
