Yes, there are few complete databases.
FCD, Daily, FDB...

You can just compare the features lists and see which one you like best

For me the FDB is nice but:
-The stats are incorrect
-And the real helmets are not on the good teams it's random |

the stats matrix is different but really good too but a lot of people like it and others not
and i don't know of other databases have more helmets than the FDB
