In my career, tje sponsar contract was ending in the first year and I renewed it. As they were happy, they gave me a budget raise at the start of the second season.
As I have renewed for 3 years, at the end of the season if they are happy will they keep raising your budget or does that only happens when a contract is ending?
How can I calculate the next year budget? Currently I have 48.000 Euro / year at Team Stölting. The sponsor is very satisfied with me (in June, the sponsor bar is full green). Is it possible to estimate the next year budget? I'm not sure how to sign riders for the next season to not to break my budget.

You can't calculate it. But you can put another value that you want:
In order to do this:
1. Go in dyn_sponsor and change Contract End-year to the current year
2. Go in dyn_team and edit value_i_sponsor_future with this algorithm. You can find the sponsorid in the sponsor table. The bugdet is the total budget for the whole year and you must divide it for 1000.
(65536*IDsponsor) + (budget/1000)
So, EXAMPLE:
For sponsor "Matt's Bakery" that has id 10 you must execute this:
(65536x10) + (9999000/1000)
655360 + 9999 = 665359 (the value you will put into value_contract_future)
Pity, that we can't calculate a year forward. I didn't want to modify my database, just when it's unavoidable. But now I know how to do it, if it's necessary!

The game does an estimation which is shown when you are contacting a rider.
But since the next years budget is related to the sponsor happiness, it might change later.
