I have another question, because I play now 3 season Lampre-Merida (now Radleigh, and the next season the new sponsor), and I transfer window. I have a question for you stuff in a few cyclists, even if it is worth their hire. Here is my team:
https://vpx.pl/ima...
Only Diego Ulissi hesitant about signing a new contract. But contracted for another season Nibali, Quintana, Kelderman and Coquard. I hesitate whether to contract or even Betancur or Sergio Henao. I do not know whether this quantity mountaineer/ leaders on the team will be good for him, because after all, everyone wants to be a leader in the Grand Tour. As for the finances are in order, after the signing of agreements with all the players salaries will be 209 000 € + 46 000 € on staff. A sponsor gives 340 000 €, so go yet strategic projections may be a plus.
I ask you for advice or even employ any of the above players. |

No big sprinter in your team so I'd bring in Coquard. As an Italian team Nabali would be nice as well if you can afford him. |

You should get some more riders. I am not a sure about division you ride in, but I guess it is WT, so 22 riders is too low for WT. You should definitely get at least 5 more riders.

I singin Petr Stetina, and I search few helper for my leaders. My new sponsor is from USA, so I must sign few players from USA.
Diego Ulissi going to Canondale.
Do you think it is worth to sign a contract with several sprinters? Is it better to sign contracts with the assistants to the leaders?

It looks like you have a few good assistants to the leaders already, but what are your goals? If you do want to have a good sprinter, they might need two or three other sprinters to help them. If you need more help for guys like Van Garderen and other stage race leaders you could get one or two of those too.

Coquard would be a great signing
If you can afford him and he's in the last year of contract, I'd suggest you Phinney, a complete USA rider.
Nibali would be a great rider for your team.
If you can afford another rider after those, well it should be a good puncher, preferably Italian so either Gasparotto or Giampaolo Caruso, Moreno Moser...
Your team should have at least 25 riders but it's better 27. |

Phinney have contract to 2017 year. On next transfer window I want contacted Michał Kwiatkowski, Peter Sagan, or Joseph Dombrowski (he has mountain on 82, and win Giro this year).
My team on next seson will be a 24 riders, but on this year I contacted 2, 3 riders yet. |

This is my team in season 2016:

On next transfer window, I wonder if contracted mountaineers or hire someone like Kwiatkowski, Sagan, Farrar and so on.

It is a great time. Signing Nibali and Coquard will make the team better.
Sagan will make the team unbeatable and probably the same Kwiatky.
Farrar is a good rider for the classics I think. |

So better will be signing mountaineer (e.g. Dombrowski, mountain 83, or other rider), or Sagan, Kwiatkowski and some one good sprinter? |

Considering you already have some good one-discipline-oriented riders, you should focus on some all-arounders, yes. Kwiat is the perfect example.

Yeah, something like one between Sagan or Kwiatky (or both ) and another sprinter. Since Sagan is probably more complete, if you buy him there's no need to take the sprinter. If you take Kwiatkowsky, you can buy the sprinter and, to complete the team a rider for the cobbles
