Amateur Posts: 5 Joined: 14-08-2014 PCM$: 200.00	Hi guys, i understand that this has been asked many times before but as you could guess i'm struggling with my budget and i can't seem to understand how the budgeting system works, last time i played PCM was PCM07. My budget is -1063215 now and i would like to make this number positive, anyone know how to do it through the editor?
