I am not that much into the technical stuff for the last few years.
But I can imagine that it might be a bit too slow to play it very smooth. But others might correct me.
How old is the laptop?

I am not sure I think it is an Intel GMA but I am not very good figuring it out. |

You could try the site linked above (I'm pretty sure you can type in manually what hardware/software you have). Sometimes I have used it myself, but I can't guarantee how reliable it actually is.

I'd say you definitely need dedicated gfx card for the last few PCM games. I run the game on my laptop and it's a 1st gen i7 and GT230M gfx; I have to turn the graphics settings almost right down for the 3d race. |

I have a simple dual core processor 2.1 GHz, graphic card with 512 mb... Can You Run It says that I can't play, my computer doesn't pass the minimum requirements... But I'm playing and it's going fine (with medium 3d settings...)
EDIT: I've seen his processor in the Intel web and they say this processor was released on 2014... His computer is new
