Site not fully loading/freezing

The last few weeks I've been having troubles with the site. Sometimes when I refresh, the page wont load completely, and it will just freeze up.

Here is what it looks like:

When it does this, all the other tabs I have from this site also freeze up, so its been quite annoying for me. When I try to close the tabs normally they dont close, and same thing when I try to close Chrome, so I have to close it through Task Manager.

If anyone else is experiencing this, or knows a way to fix this, it would be much appreciated.

Normally it only freezes up every hour or so, but today, its been every single time I open the site, so its come to the point where I've had to ask about this, and thankfully I am able to access the site through Incognito mode.

I've had that happen a couple of times in Firefox, but not frequently. never in IE and I don't use Chrome so I don't know.

I've had problems on all sites with flash ads making everything a wreck no matter the browser.
