Prepare for a whole load of bad-AI races, with hopefully a few good ones as well, as PCM12 and small startlists combine to bring you the 2013 ManGame National Championships.

Africa 3 - BUR,CIV,NAM,GAB
Baltic - EST,LAT,LTU
Europe 1 - SMR,ISR,LIE,GEO,TUR
Europe 2 - MOL,ROM,SER,CRO
Europe 3 - GRE,CYP,ALB
Roughly, the selection criteria for the NC startlists was as follows:
1. All managers who posted in one of the World Championships threads qualified themselves for the NCs.
2. There is a limit of 24 teams per race, I tried to pick the best 24 teams for the bigger nations where there could have been a lot more than 24 teams involved.
3. Loaned riders were treated in a few different ways:
- Mostly they ride for their loaned to team
- If they had been loaned out to an inactive team, then they still get to ride, and do so for their loaned to team unless:
- For countries with more than 24 teams, a loaned out rider returned to ride in the colours of their owner team if they would otherwise not have been involved in the race.

Looking forward to a few disastrously funny results in the smaller races.

Cornu bringing home the Belgian ITT jersey again is all I really expect. If the French jersey is hilly then Gautier may actually decide to do something there.

All I ask for is Athanasiades getting the Cyprus double, Chokheli winning the Georgian RR and a random Ukrainian of mine to win the Ukraine RR

This will be fun, some races can be really weird and i expect many breakaway wins. Our biggest goal is obviously both Ukraine races and next to it South Africa and mixed east european champs.
Thanks for setting this up SN, when we will know the profiles?

Oh btw, if I happen to win the Russian, Portugese or Georgian NC, will there be anyone who can do a jersey besed on ANF's design since he's gone (?)

Infact, 100% of participants. Pearl Adidas' riders arent involved in the NCs. 9 riders was just above the minimum I would give it's own race to, and hopefully it's a nice reward for focusing on a smaller country, to still get it's own race!

Only when the race report goes up. If you want to know one in advance, maybe one of the reporters can post it for you.

Aidan is probably your man. He did a great job with ANF's La Vie Claire jersey.
Hoping to win at least one NC. Mongolia is a huge opportunity for us. |

Wow, a lot of great events to come!
Btw SN can't seem to find UAE or TPE there, is it possible to request a NC for them or is it too late?
I don't know if it's just a mistake or this means I am not eligible to participate in the NC's. I did nominate riders for the WC, but I am unsure if I actually wrote in the general discussion. |

Not knowing the profiles for them neither. But I hope Bellis, Geschke, Vantomme, Boom can do something here.
The smaller Nations of course also have chances like Velits for example.
Had small hopes for Kunitski though. But unfortunately he did not want to join the breakaway. |

Probably none of my riders have great chances of being national champion but this is pcm12 so you never know what to expect

By posting in the Worlds threads, I meant either/or the nomination and discussion thread. Of course Armavia are in!
Which leads me to...
10 riders can be crowned by default as the National Road Race and Time Trial champions for their country. They were the only rider eligible for NCs from their nation, so they do not even have to ride to take the champions jersey everywhere they go next season.

Oh, wow, great news!!
Very strong performance by Tinkoff to secure the double in the opener here. I'm a bit sad when thinking about our friends in Credexbank though. I'm sure a RR-vicory here would've meant a lot to them.
Now I really can't wait for the more obscure nations to start. Belarus is too mainstream.
EDIT: When are we allowed to make a 2014 HQ? Right after the NC's or during?

All other Finnish riders are free agents or on disbanding teams. |
