I was wondering why you don't get money for winning races and stuff and if you do get money when do you get it.
Are there any other ways to gain money except on the sponsor objectives.

Hehehe, you've just asked the most asked question of 2013 
Cyanide decided to get it out of the game(probably because prize money doesn't always go to the team irl). You'll recieve a 13th month payment and a quite big starting budget.
Also, if the sponsor is happy after season 1, your budget will be a lot higher in season 2. So it's just a matter of surviving.

That feature was left out of this year's edition of the game to make it more realistic (irl riders get the money and not teams). 
Besides using an editor, iirc you always start with 600.000 no matter what...meaning you can gain money from using a less expensive team.

I was reading in the threads that there are several problems with budget (there are no more race prizes) so I think that budget team you own will be in heagtive per month. Ando so it is difficult to buy other contracted cyclist |

Well, depending on how you can manage money you can most definitely buy riders in the first season. If you go full retard on staff, training camps etc. that will be quite hard, however. It's a quite subjective argument, all in all.

but in the next season in theory it is easier to buy other cyclist because the sponsor will pay you race prices of the previous season, isn't it? |

It's all up to the way you spend money. Spending too much will result in red finances, otherwise you're fine. Common sense will be enough I guess

It is not a problem, if you solve just a few of the team goals, you will get a better budget, and if you don't get any or little new starf the first year you a fine, I have with no problem got a cont team in world tour on hard settings. Winning still matters the most, it is just a different system.
