Can I sign riders in january?

Free Agent Posts: 142 Joined: 26-07-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, In my first season, I signed some free riders in the very first days of January. This season I was unable to. Is this a game thing or some sort of error?

Tour de France Champion Posts: 15274 Joined: 21-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	No, it's only at the start of the 1st season, so that you have got a chance for a transfer or 2 before the start of the 1st season. It doesn't work for other seasons.
