The Plan:
My main plan for the long-time is to be a WT-Team in 5 seasons, with riders who can win in big Stage-races or GT's. But at least half of the team must be Dutch or younger than 27. In short: A young and Dutch team.
My plan for the near future is: Be a PCT-team in 2 years, and get a wildcard for the Amstel Gold Race or Eneco Tour. Or maybe... A wildcard for the Vuelta.
I start playing until 20 days. I'am now on vacantion with a laptop without PCM. About 20 days comes the team presentation.

But can you explain the reason for setting the evolution of attributes to 1.0?

I like it that talents fast grow and with a age of 25 GT's or monuments win
But I can edit it if people wants on 0.5

Please wait 2 weaks. Over 10 day's i'am back of holiday, and then I go update the database with the things what in the Tour happends. For example Quintana can better climb, and Evans/Van Garderen are worser in climb.
