Sky is close to winning its second Tour de France. Last year they dragged Wiggins over every mountain top and let him finish it off in the time trials, while this year Froome is doing both practically on his own.
Though, Froome hasn't won the Tour yet. Imagine Saxo pulling off a tactical masterpiece in the Alps which brings Contador, who's shown he's individually inferior to Froome, into the yellow jersey.
My question is simple: which one do you prefer?
A superior rider winning on invidual power?
An inferior rider winning on team power?
An inferior rider winning on team tactics?
I'm not talking about specific individuals, so please forget the examples of Wiggins, Froome or Contador. I don't want to turn this in to another Sky doping/hatred thread.

I like individual effort. Of course the team's important, but I like seeing the strongest man on top of the standings

Team tactics always. Give me a Andy Schleck on Galibier or Contador on Fuente Dé any day over a W/kg contest like Flèche Wallonne or any Froome win this TdF.

This, certainly. It is what makes the sport so unique.

I prefer team power, which you need to complete team tactics. You can use the same tactics with Sojasun as with Movistar/Saxo, but you don't have the riders for it. Therefore, team power is more important.

I would disagree. Garmin are the perfect example of a team with lots of good riders without many great ones (like Movistar has) yet through clever riding they have pulled off some big wins this season with those riders. Martin would not have won LBL without Hesjedal burying himself with a huge attack earlier. Neither of them entered as the top favourites but they walked away with the win anyway.
