Can´t subscribe on race

Hi I am quite newbie in this game and I have one problem. When I chose team (Bauknecht-Author - Continental) I want to participate on more races and tours than I have already planed at the beginning of my career mod, but in almost all cases they refuse my application. I chose only 1.2/2.2, 1.1/2.1 races, so why this is happen. I want to participate on more races because riders better schedules. Thanks for answers.

They don't want you to be in it.

So I have no chance to be on more races? If it´s true so it pretty sucks, because I have all my riders very unhappy because of schedule.

I think if you perform reasonably on the races you can race, you'll be able to subscribe to more races eventually.
