Hi, I have installed Windows 7 on VMware Fusion, then downloaded Steam and installed PCM. When I go to press "Play!" I get this error message...
"An attempt to use a virtual PC has been detected. Please close all PC emulators and try again. If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support."
Any ideas on how to fix this? |

Don't use Windows on a Mac. Buy a Windows computer, or the stupid solution, re-install Mac OS and download the Mac version of the game.

I don't think there is a Mac version. Maybe I'm wrong. But there defintly used to not be one.

There is. If you order from Focus, they have an optional Mac version.

Not true
The game is available for Windows, exclusively.

The game runs on Mac, but you have to make a dual-boot system using boot camp. |

No, he doesn't. There's no Mac version. |

So does anybody have an answer to the error message I'm getting? I've researched online and its apparently because I'm using an emulator? |

I already answered it. You have to install Windows using boot camp. |

VM fusion IS an emulator. So the game detects that you're on a virtual windows system.
PCM works correctly via bootcamp |
