Can someone explain me how i add a new team.

This game comes with a database editor, which is available in the game launcher. It would be a good start to open that editor.
Or you could use the editor and instructions posted below.

BTW:
Other users have created databases including more teams and advanced features. You can find these in the download section to the left.

Furthermore it has to be pointed out that you can start a career with a custom team. (Custom team = you can select the riders you want to have in your team). Maybe this is what you are looking for. Read the manual or ask again if you cannot figure out how to do that.
