So I've now started my new career mode in 2013, the poll of whether to restart my BMC career or start a new Americas Team was close, with the Americas team winning by one vote.
So now I'm starting, having created Oracle Racing.
Basic info for the seasons, hard difficulty, no training camps, low rider progression, only long TTTs, etc.
That said there are objectives to this team. The first season I cannot get any rider that is already on a team. And all my riders for all season may only be from North or South America.

Currently its a 9-9 tie (I clicked BMC just so I could see the poll results, and my vote doesn't count). Finishing up the team kit in case Americas wins (otherwise I'll hold onto it until I get into the Man-Game.)

One thing to note, whilst being clearly different in many aspects fro jseadog's, he is using an All American team, and that thus far there is no true Team Story using a real life team.
