Can someone explain to me how the national team selection works... On older pcms, you entered in your managerial details (name, dob and nationality) at the very start of a career and when it came to choose your national team you had a selection of either your own nationality (e.g great Britain) or the nationality of the team you managed (e.g. France).
but how does it work now? I haven't had to enter my managerial details at the start of the career... If I am Blanco in a career, can I only manage the Dutch national side at the WC?

You will get a choice between team's nationality and other nationalities on that team (only 1 other, so probably if you have 2 riders Belgian and 1 rider Canadian you will get to choose between Belgian and team nationality).
You can edit it easuly in GAM_User, though. |

I think it's not the quantity but about the quality of the rider that defines the second possible choice. I started with Lampre and could choose between Italy and Poland (Niemiec), although I have two Colombians on my team (Serpa and Anacona). But Niemiec has the highest average of all my non-Italian riders.

Okay, either that or it's random or maybe alphabetically? |

I meant the rider's name (first or last name, I wouldn't expect something logical) |

You can select between the teams nationality and your best foreign riders nationality. |
