Is there some way to add even more countries to take place in the U23 calendar?

Or if the number of riders is already at a maximum, is there then some way to replace countries?

As far as I remember, the participating countries are the ones in DYN_national_team - which are also the ones that participate in the WC and WC ITT.

You can easily replace them, but as I recently explained in the Support and Comments thread of the PCM.daily DB, I don't have the best experience with adding.
