Traditional start, and on time as well. I like it!

Thats a loaded question
In real news, Schleck is happy to finish a one day classic. He has supposedly developed confidence issues since his injury as well as his lack of desire to train.

Menchov says some nice things. That while usually he'd pick one goal and only be in good form for that (his words), this season he wants to be in top form for Paris-Nice, Catalunya, Pais Vasco and LBL, all before the Tour.
Then again he also says he believes he can still win the Tour so he's a bit delusional like that

As far as I know, the following GC riders have listed Paris-Nice as a big goal of theirs for the season:
Van Garderen
Porte
Costa
Péraud
Talansky
Menchov
Roche
Why is there no Paris-Nice or Tirreno topic?

NOS's TV sport bulletin closed with the message that next weekend, Hein Verbruggen is coming to the studio for an interview about him, doping and the UCI. Should be interesting, especially since NOS made public last week that they will opt for a more critical approach towards cycling. |

it's actually also the first season goal of Gesink. Giro is ofc the big goal, but PN is definately a goal for him too |
